Aromatherapy is centuries old

Swedish Massage – This relaxation massage decreases the amount of stress hormones in the body, leaving clients feeling completely relaxed and rested, even after the session is over. The technique uses five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. Swedish massage provides generalized relaxation, improved circulation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and enhances ones overall state of health. This is good for beginners.

Myofascial Release – Myofacial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. Your therapist will gently message the Myofacia and feel for stiff or tightened areas. Once the areas are located, the therapist will begin to massage with light manual pressure aiding the tissue and supportive sheath in releasing pressure and tightness. This process is repeated until the tension is fully released. This massage can help clients with chronic headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic Myofascial pain, help with flexibility and function following an injury, or ongoing back, shoulder, hip, or any pain related to soft tissue.

Use all your senses

Neuromuscular Therapy – This soft tissue manipulation balances the body’s central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. Based on neurological laws that explain how the central nervous system initiates and maintains pain. The goal is to help relieve the pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause. Neuromuscular Therapy is used to locate and release spasms and hyper contraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause referred pain, rebuild the strength of injured tissue, assist venous and lymphatic flow, and restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, and flexibility of tissues.

Reflexology – This is an ancient Chinese art of healing and well being that connects and balances the body’s energy channels. It is believed that all the organs of our body are mapped out on the feet, hands and ears. In this non-medicinal session of reflexology, the therapist will activate the reflex points on your feet and/or hands to deeply relax the tension throughout the entire body and help stimulate self healing.
